Lead complete technical solution design for AI-powered Agentforce experiences, including agent topics, workflows, deployment, and data architecture on Salesforce Data 360.
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams from design through deployment, ensuring scalable integrations and secure data handling.
Provide technical leadership via design/code reviews, mentoring, and establish development/testing standards including AI agent evaluation and guardrails.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years in application/software development with 4+ years in Salesforce development or technical architecture roles.
Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Salesforce technologies (Flows, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce), plus experience building Agentforce agents and Salesforce Data 360 solutions.
Experience designing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems via REST APIs, understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS), and knowledge of source control and CI/CD practices.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, valid passport, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with AI and agentic technology landscapes, especially Salesforce Agentforce and generative AI integrations.
Comfortable leading technical workstreams and collaborating directly with customers and cross-functional teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong technical depth in Salesforce platform architecture, data architecture using Data 360, and scalable integration patterns, coupled with familiarity of AWS/GCP and AI development tools.
