Lead delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI projects end-to-end, including data preparation, model development, deployment, and MLOps pipelines.

Minimum Requirements
8+ years in technology or software delivery, including at least 3 years managing AI/ML or Generative AI delivery programs.
Experience leading large-scale IT or software projects.
Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and MLOps toolsets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing cross-functional teams comprising Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Developers, QA, and Cloud Engineers in AI delivery contexts.
Demonstrated capability in stakeholder and client communication at senior levels with strong governance and risk management skills.
Track record of implementing delivery process optimization, automation, and responsible AI governance frameworks within complex AI programs.
