Senior User Experience (UX) Designer - Radar Systems

Lead end-to-end design for Radar systems products including Sensor fusion, tracking, and Phased array antennas, from early concepts to live implementation.

Collaborate cross-functionally with development, marketing, and engineering teams to produce intuitive and effective user experiences, integrating AI tools responsibly.

Drive adoption of design and usability standards, showcase industry trends, and improve user trust, transparency, and control in AI interactions.

Bachelor's degree with 6 years professional experience or Master's with 3 years or PhD or equivalent experience.

Portfolio demonstrating history in software and web design.

Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Sketch.

Knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, human-AI interaction principles, and ability to translate complex technical concepts to UI.

Experienced in designing for complex technical domains, specifically Radar systems including phased array and sensor fusion applications.

Skilled at communicating sophisticated interaction designs clearly and persuasively within cross-functional teams.

Demonstrates strategic judgment in balancing AI automation and human control in design, aligning with responsible AI principles.
