Own the strategy and roadmap for buying and swapping into USDT and XAUT in Tether Wallet across multiple markets, including fiat on-ramps and token swaps.
Evaluate, select, onboard, and manage external on-ramp and swap partners end-to-end, coordinating due diligence, contracts, and integration.
Define and track KPIs across the buy and swap funnel to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and partner performance.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years product management experience in financial industry (banking, payment service provider, FinTech).
3+ years product management experience in DeFi or crypto industry.
Experience with crypto wallets, DeFi features, and global payment systems including card schemes and local payment methods.
Proven experience evaluating, selecting, onboarding, and managing third-party payment or swap partners.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in integrating third-party payment providers and gateways into consumer products in a global, remote setting.
Skilled at translating partner capabilities and APIs into product requirements and working cross-functionally with engineering and design.
Data-driven product manager familiar with funnel metrics, KYC/AML impacts on user onboarding, and partner performance optimization.
