Senior Data Scientist, People Analytics & Insights

Lead end-to-end analytics projects in HR People Analytics, including data engineering, statistical modeling, and building interactive dashboards for senior leadership.

Analyze large, complex datasets using Oracle SQL, Python, and GenAI tools to provide actionable insights impacting global people strategies.

Mentor and supervise a team, ensure analytical rigor, and own project delivery with minimal oversight in a fast-paced financial services environment.

8 to 10 years of experience in quantitative or data-intensive roles, preferably data science, analytics, or computational statistics.

Expert-level skills in Oracle SQL, Python, advanced statistical modeling, and working with large language models (LLMs) or GenAI tools.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a quantitative discipline preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Relevant experience in financial services data analytics; familiarity with HR or people analytics data is beneficial but not mandatory.

Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex analytics projects from scope through delivery with clear stakeholder communication.

Experience creating data applications or dashboards that translate technical findings for non-technical senior stakeholders.

Prior exposure to matrixed and regulated environments in financial services, with capability to manage multiple projects and mentor junior team members.
