Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Deep proficiency in Python for backend development and data processing.
Experience with REST APIs, SQL/databases, Unix-based and containerized environments.
Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in software engineering, preferably in backend or AI platform development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or strong interest in Generative AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, MCP, and agentic platforms.
Ability to influence technical direction and champion engineering best practices within distributed teams.
Familiarity or experience with financial domain concepts, especially credit risk model development lifecycle and regulated environments is a plus.
