Customer Contract Analyst

Manage end-to-end customer contracts and change order processes ensuring timely execution aligned with defined scope and budget.

Negotiate and prepare contracts and budgets for clinical trial participation, actively managing workload to meet quarterly revenue targets.

Proactively identify and resolve contract and budget-related risks and issues, maintaining accurate records in CRM and Contract Management systems.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 2 years experience in budgeting, finance, proposal development, or contracts management within clinical research or pharmaceutical environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with understanding of costing models and budget preparation/interpreting.

Ability to travel up to 25% as required.

Experience working independently with project leads and customers on contracts within clinical research settings.

Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across levels, negotiate contracts, and maintain quality under pressure.
