Release Project Management, Consultant

Own and drive release management processes including planning, scheduling, governance, change request tracking, and delivery coordination across cross-functional teams.

Establish, monitor, and improve release KPIs and dashboards to measure efficiency, quality, and alignment with business objectives.

Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues; coordinate communication and collaboration among development leads, QA, product owners, and management stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in related areas.

6-10 years of relevant experience including program/release management, software development, or QA.

Hands-on experience with Agile SCRUM methodology and prior exposure to release or project management.

PMP certification or PMI training is a plus but not mandatory.

Experienced in managing complex software release lifecycles with a focus on process efficiency and quality.

Skilled at collaborating across multiple teams and influencing stakeholders to align release plans with business goals.

Strong analytical and communication skills with demonstrated ability to identify risks and implement mitigation plans in an Agile environment.
