Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a related quantitative role.
Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and advanced SQL on cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and building user-focused reporting in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hands-on machine learning including classification, anomaly detection, and clustering with good judgment on when to use rules or statistics versus machine learning.
Skilled at translating technical analytics into actionable business rules and metrics suitable for diverse audiences including senior stakeholders.
Familiar with version control practices, model risk management frameworks, and automation of business processes with technology such as MLOps, ETL workflows, and orchestration tools.
