Lead SAP FICO configuration and implementation across at least 2 full SAP S/4HANA end-to-end projects including master and transactional data migration.
Collaborate with business users to understand and translate financial processes and reporting needs into SAP FI and CO modules including taxation (GST and WHT).
Support month-end closing processes, integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP), and provide post go-live support including data migration and testing cycles.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of SAP FICO experience including SAP S/4HANA implementation as consultant or core team member.
Experience with at least 2 full SAP S/4HANA implementations involving master and transactional data migration.
Must have worked in Finance or Controlling modules including GST and WHT taxation configuration for India.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, CA, CMA, or CS; SAP S/4HANA Finance/Controlling certification mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in configuring and integrating SAP FI and CO with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP) and third-party systems.
Hands-on in month-end financial closing and P&L accounting processes within SAP environment.
Proficient in collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams, familiar with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
