Provide on-call production support for Mission Critical applications ensuring issue resolution within Recovery Time Objectives (RTO).
Implement SRE processes and develop automated solutions to improve operational stability and efficiency, specifically for AI cloud and GenAI workloads.
Minimum Requirements
At least 12 years of Production Support experience.
Hands-on experience and certification on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proven experience with SRE processes and supporting AI/ML infrastructure including GPU-based environments.
Experience with Python programming, Linux/Unix administration, and monitoring tools such as Splunk and App Dynamics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational management of AI/ML and Generative AI production environments with strong troubleshooting skills for AI workloads.
Skilled at collaborating across multiple teams to coordinate support and communicate effectively in a 24x7 shift model.
Proficient in automating redundant production support activities with an SRE mindset to enhance scalability and performance.
