Lead planning, coordination, and execution of Record to Report (R2R) workstreams within the AmpliFi Oracle Fusion ERP upgrade program.
Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and interdependencies related to general ledger, financial close, consolidation, fixed assets, reconciliations, allocations, and project accounting processes.
Oversee testing cycles, change management, and ensure smooth transition of R2R processes with adherence to program governance and cross-workstream coordination.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
6–10 years of project management experience with at least 3 years supporting R2R or financial close processes in an ERP transformation context.
Working knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion focusing on financial reporting and consolidation.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing globally distributed teams and stakeholders across time zones in an ERP upgrade program.
Strong understanding of general accounting principles, month-end/quarter-end close, and statutory reporting requirements supporting effective R2R process management.
Skilled in cross-functional coordination, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).
