Lead end-to-end PLM implementation, upgrade, migration, and deployment projects with focus on CAD–PLM integration and governance.
Manage CAD workspace practices including revision strategies, lifecycle workflows, and engineering release processes ensuring alignment with Windchill PLM and enterprise standards.
Provide technical guidance on migration approaches, integration strategies, and support Creo View, publishing, and multi-CAD standardization initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 7 years of experience in enterprise CAD and PLM environments (6–10 years mentioned inconsistently; minimum taken as 5–7).
Strong hands-on experience with Creo Parametric and other MCAD tools.
Experience with Windchill PLM integrations and CAD automation or API-based integrations.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex CAD–PLM integrations, demonstrating expertise in Creo Parametric and Windchill PLM environments.
Ability to lead digital engineering transformation initiatives using MBD and PLM expertise, working across enterprise and engineering teams.
Familiarity with multi-CAD platforms (e.g., NX, CATIA, SolidWorks), migration from ENOVIA or Siemens Teamcenter to Windchill, and knowledge of engineering change/configuration management processes.
