Security Center Operations Sr. Analyst

Monitor and coordinate security incidents, administer Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), and ensure endpoint security compliance and updates.

Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) bridge calls during critical security events and coordinate remediation with multiple infrastructure and security teams.

Perform vulnerability triage, risk assessment, assign remediation, track vulnerability closure within SLAs, and provide operational dashboards and reports for management.

4+ years of experience in Cyber Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, Incident Management, or related information security functions.

Experience in 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) environment preferred.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) administration, vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys VMDR, Tenable), and ServiceNow ticketing system.

Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred but not strictly stated as mandatory.

Demonstrated ability to manage security incidents and lead remediation activities in fast-paced, enterprise environments.

Strong technical expertise in endpoint security, vulnerability management processes, and incident response within a SOC environment.

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders during security incidents and vulnerability management.
