Own the day-to-day operations of enterprise AI tooling access requests, licensing, and onboarding for the AI platform across Zimmer Biomet.
Manage AI platform consumption and spending analytics, including reporting, budget monitoring, anomaly detection, and forecasting.
Automate repetitive operational tasks and continuously improve processes while collaborating with IT, Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business analytics, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2 to 4 years experience in IT operations, service management, business analytics, license or software asset administration, or comparable operational role.
Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent BI tools, SQL, scripting languages (Python or PowerShell), and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
Work Experience Required: 2-4 years in relevant analytical or operational roles. Location: Bengaluru with hybrid work mode (2 WFH, 3 WFO).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on operator with experience owning request/ticket queues, SLA management, and recurring business reporting.
Technically skilled with ability to automate manual tasks via scripting and APIs; familiar with cloud admin concepts (Microsoft Azure) and identity/access management.
Interested in transitioning from operational roles into AI engineering/delivery with eagerness to learn platform internals and technical delivery under senior mentorship.
