Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Applications (B.E./B.Tech or BCA).
Proficiency in Java (version 17), Spring Boot (3.0+), Python (3.9+), and AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, ECS).
Experience with API security (OAuth, Okta, JWT) and monitoring tools like Splunk, Honeycomb, CloudWatch.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing cloud-native backend solutions with strong hands-on skills in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and AWS microservices.
Comfortable in Agile environments with practical knowledge of test automation (TDD/BDD, Cucumber) and observability tools.
Capable of independently owning technical delivery and mentoring junior developers, influencing technical decisions effectively.
