Own design, development, and maintenance of complex HR reports, dashboards, and visualizations using UKG, IBM Cognos Analytics, and Power BI.
Analyze HR data such as workforce, compensation, turnover, and compliance to provide actionable insights supporting strategic HR decisions.
Partner closely with HR Business Partners and HRIS team to translate business requirements into scalable, accurate reporting solutions and visual narratives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7 years progressive experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years focused on HR analytics, reporting, or HRIS.
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics and UKG platform for HR reporting and analytics.
Proven expertise creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Must be able to work U.S. Pacific Time business hours.

Senior-level individual contributor experienced in managing end-to-end complex HR reporting deliverables independently.
Strong HR domain knowledge combined with deep analytical and data visualization storytelling skills.
Experience working with global or multi-region workforce data and collaborating directly with HR Business Partners or HR leadership to present analytical findings.
