QA Automation Engineer – Business Analysis & Agile Delivery

Automate and validate interface/infrastructure workflows in AWS environments for end-to-end delivery reliability.

Analyze business requirements with stakeholders and translate them into testable functional requirements and acceptance criteria.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and API testing using Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, and execute API testing with Postman including backend and microservices validation.

3-4 years of software testing experience including automation, API, backend, and cloud testing.

Proficiency with Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), TestNG, Core Java, Postman, REST API concepts, SQL/MySQL, Jira, Git, Jenkins, and experience in Linux/Unix and Windows environments.

Hands-on experience with AWS or equivalent cloud environments and Agile/Scrum methodology including requirement gathering, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT support.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Information Science, Computer Science, or related field).

Experience bridging business and technical teams by handling requirements analysis and stakeholder coordination effectively.

Strong background in automated testing within cloud (AWS) and distributed backend systems including APIs and microservices.

Familiarity with Agile environments and skilled in managing Scrum ceremonies, defect lifecycle, and continuous integration/testing processes.
