Own unit, integration, system, and scale testing and automation for these forwarding features, ensuring quality from design through final customer shipment (FCS).
Mentor junior engineers and utilize AI-driven workflows to enhance development, testing, and debugging efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
7-13 years of software engineering experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, or technical equivalent.
Strong programming skills in C/C++ for high-performance embedded systems and Python for automation.
Sound knowledge of UNIX-based OS concepts, computer networking, multithreaded and system programming, plus proven understanding of GenAI and AI-powered software development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in carrier-grade networking environments, preferably with Cisco IOS-XR or similar network operating systems.
Familiarity with broadband/subscriber protocols including PPPoE, IPoE, DHCPv4/v6, PPP, RADIUS/CoA, and L2TP.
Capable of delivering scalable, high-performance network forwarding solutions at the intersection of software and specialized hardware (NPUs).
