Manage operational support for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) on the Okta platform, including incident management and user access administration.
Onboard and configure applications in Okta, implementing authentication and access policies, and managing platform branding and workflows.
Maintain reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement of CIAM processes and platform capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
1–4 years of relevant professional experience in CIAM or related IT systems engineering.
Experience with Okta platform administration including user lifecycle management, authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC), and policy management.
Hybrid work location requirement: At least three days a week onsite at Noida/Gurgaon.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience collaborating with application owners, TPMs, and support teams to deliver secure identity services.
Strong operational discipline with ability to manage priorities and incident response in fast-paced environments.
In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts and Okta platform including workflows, branding, and authorization server configuration.
