Lead Software Engineer-Golang

Lead design, development, and operation of cloud-native solutions primarily using Golang and Kubernetes on at least one major cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Drive adoption and validation of AI-assisted engineering tools across the team to enhance code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability.

Identify automation opportunities to improve operational stability and lead technical evaluations of new architectural designs with internal and external stakeholders.

5+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering.

Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages (Golang and/or Java preferred).

Hands-on experience with cloud-native development, Kubernetes, and system design.

In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and IT systems.

Experienced in leading teams adopting AI-assisted software development tools with a strong focus on secure and responsible AI use.

Comfortable working in agile environments with expertise in CI/CD pipelines, application resiliency, and security best practices.

Skilled in evaluating architectural solutions and improving engineering efficiency through reuse and automation in cloud infrastructure contexts.
