Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Software Testing for enterprise applications.
Hands-on expertise with Robot Framework, Selenium, Python, and enterprise CRM platforms like Veeva or Salesforce.
Proven experience with JIRA XRAY test management, CI/CD pipeline integration, defect lifecycle management, and AI-assisted automation tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large-scale CRM implementations and transformation programs in regulated industries like Life Sciences or Healthcare.
Capable of establishing and governing automation coding standards, framework quality, and version control across distributed or offshore teams.
Strong background in applying AI-enabled quality engineering and continuous delivery practices within Agile and DevOps environments.
