Staff/Sr Staff Software Engineer -Bangalore

Lead and evolve the technical architecture for the Service Desk product, spanning application, platform, and data domains.

Set technical vision and drive architectural decisions across multiple teams and services impacting product scope.

Architect and implement major initiatives including large features, platform modernization, and technology upgrades, maintaining hands-on coding in Ruby on Rails and Python.

Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years or Master’s degree with 10+ years industry experience.

Proven senior technical leadership experience as Principal Engineer or Architect with complex SaaS or enterprise software products.

Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and backend service development, AWS cloud architecture experience required.

Deep expertise in relational databases (MySQL), data architecture, and modern frontend/backend system design.

Experienced in leading multi-team architectural strategies and influencing cross-team engineering direction.

Comfortable managing end-to-end cloud-native SaaS product architecture, including security, scalability, and operational resilience.

Demonstrates ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions and mentor senior engineers.
