Develop and execute manual test cases for ETL processes, including source-to-target mapping validation and data quality checks.
Validate SSIS workflows, jobs, stored procedures, and SSRS reports, ensuring functional, regression, smoke, and database test coverage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end data quality and conduct root cause analysis to address recurring issues.
Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of experience in ETL testing and database testing.
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with SSIS (ETL packages) and SSRS (reporting).
Familiarity with ETL workflows, data warehousing concepts, stored procedures, SQL jobs, and data integrations.
Work Experience Required: 4-8 years ETL and database testing experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in manual ETL testing with a deep understanding of data validation and database workflows.
Skilled in collaborating with developers, data engineers, BI teams, and QA leads in data-driven environments.
Exposure to automation, CI/CD, API testing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is advantageous but not mandatory.
