Design and develop innovative, reliable, and efficient multi-site probe and test solutions using mixed signal/digital ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne Flex, NI, 93K).
Lead ATE software development according to specifications, including early involvement in DFT/BIST definition to reduce fault coverage and enhance testability.
Manage test development phases including silicon functionality, characterization, yield analysis, correlation, and release to offshore production test houses.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
7-8 years of hands-on experience in mixed signal or digital testing.
Proficient knowledge of ATE software development and experience with Teradyne Flex, NI, or 93K ATE systems.
Experience in multi-site test program release to offshore production and use of bench equipment like oscilloscopes, VI-meters, signal generators, and analyzers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in collaborating across cross-functional design, bench evaluation, product development, and global/offshore teams.
Strong technical skills in ATE hardware design and layout with problem-solving capabilities related to hardware limitations.
Comfortable operating independently with proactive ownership of responsibilities throughout the product test engineering lifecycle.
