Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied software engineering experience with Java, Springboot, and React.
Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in a corporate environment.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to critically evaluate AI outputs.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Java Fullstack developer skilled in both frontend (React JS) and backend (Java, Springboot) development with strong system design capabilities.
Proficient in integrating AI-assisted coding tools responsibly, ensuring secure and performance-optimized outputs.
Familiar with enterprise agile environments emphasizing continuous improvement, secure production code, and scalable architecture.
