About This Role

Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for HPE storage and hybrid cloud products, focusing on quality and customer perspective.

Lead and coordinate testing teams including internal and outsourced resources to deliver cost-effective and high-quality validation solutions.

Analyze test results, debug issues, and work cross-functionally to close defects and improve product quality early in development.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

5-8 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

Expertise in storage protocols (FC, ISCSI, NFS, SMB, S3) and experience with cloud, storage, networking technologies including Kubernetes.

Onsite work requirement at HPE office (Onsite role).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in leading testing projects involving complex storage and hybrid cloud products integrating with external applications.

Skilled in automation scripting (Python, Shell) and multi-platform validation (Linux, Windows) with proficiency in virtualization platforms and industry tools.

Strong cross-team collaborator who can influence product quality through early defect identification and test planning in a large enterprise environment.
