Lead engineering delivery and long-term evolution for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure AI environments globally.
Plan and execute complex, multi-phase projects including large-scale migrations, platform modernizations, and AI-enabled solution delivery from design through delivery.
Own project scope, risk, stakeholder communication, and adoption of new Microsoft AI and collaboration capabilities within architectural standards.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience managing complex, long-running migration or platform modernization projects in enterprise settings.
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate), and Azure AI Foundry or equivalent Azure AI services.
Certifications required: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102), Power Platform (PL-400 or PL-600), Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or equivalent; Security certification strongly preferred.
Work onsite 4 days per week as specified; strong PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API experience required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in governing and administrating Power Platform environments with DLP, ALM, and Center of Excellence practices.
Skilled in security implementation and compliance with Microsoft security tools like Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, Intune.
Demonstrated program/project management capability handling extended enterprise-wide technology transformations, especially in M&A or tenant consolidation contexts.
