Lead design, development, and troubleshooting of cloud-native software solutions primarily in Golang and/or Java, ensuring secure and high-quality production code.
Build and operate Kubernetes-based systems on at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on system stability and scalability.
Drive adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, operational stability, and lead evaluations of architectural fit with vendors and internal teams.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and maintaining operational stability.
Proficiency in Golang and/or Java programming languages.
Experience with cloud-native development using Kubernetes on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Experienced software engineer with a strong background in financial services IT systems and cloud-native environments.
Advanced user and leader in applying AI-assisted development tools with a solid understanding of responsible AI usage, data security, and compliance practices.
