Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 8 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, programming, database administration, or data management.
Strong skills in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server), and programming in Python, Scala, or Java.
Experience with large-scale data processing technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing scalable data models and data solutions that support analytical workloads across cross-functional teams.
Proficient with cloud data platforms and orchestration tools such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Apache Airflow, or Prefect (preferred but not mandatory).
Capable of leading solution design through production and mentoring junior data engineers in a regulated or financial services environment.
