Own development and maintenance of scalable frontend solutions using React.js and related technologies for large-scale cloud applications (1M+ users).

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to guide software design, ensure architectural alignment, and improve development processes through automation and mentorship.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of experience in software development or related field.
4+ years experience in frontend technologies including React, Redux, React Hooks, Redux-Saga/Redux-Thunk, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with Node.js frameworks (Hapi.js, Express, Fastify), unit testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme), and CI/CD tools; practical understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in building and scaling web applications for high traffic enterprise environments with focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Experience working in iterative agile environments with exposure to middleware, database technologies, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
Ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions and documentation with a strategic operational mindset to drive team collaboration and process improvements.
