Minimum Requirements
10+ years in IT Software industry with active Scrum Master role experience.
3-5 years experience in Software Development Life Cycle.
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years (including Scrum Master role experience).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously with a strong Agile facilitation and coaching background.
Familiar with ServiceNow platform and Agile methodologies including Scrum principles and SAFe framework.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
