Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-powered analytic solutions within the Industrial System Analytics product group.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including discovery, prioritization, development, launch, and iteration across multiple concurrent AI/ML product workstreams.
Directly contribute hands-on to AI model prototyping, fine-tuning, evaluation (LLMs and related technologies), collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams for deployment and MLOps.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline.
5 to 7 years of total professional experience including at least 3 years in Product Management of AI/ML or data-driven products.
Hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying LLMs, with practical knowledge of Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) or LLM tooling (Google ADK, LangChain, vector DBs).
Proven experience managing multiple products/workstreams simultaneously, using Jira, Confluence or similar tools, and leading cross-functional agile teams.

Technically fluent product leader capable of bridging business needs and technical teams with hands-on AI/ML model development and deployment experience.
Experienced in managing complex AI/ML product portfolios in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing stakeholder demands with rigorous agile methodology.
Familiarity with AI/LLM ecosystem trends and responsible AI practices, with domain experience in automotive, mobility, or manufacturing considered a strong plus.
