Minimum Requirements
10+ years total work experience, with minimum 4-5 years in Workday Benefits implementation projects.
Must be Workday certified in Benefits (Benefits Core certification).
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or MCA (B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BSc).
Location in Bangalore/Gurgaon/Noida/Pune with hybrid work model requiring 3 days/week onsite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced consultant with demonstrated success leading US & Canada Benefits implementation projects on Workday.
Comfortable managing cross-functional, distributed teams and coordinating across multiple delivery centers and time zones.
Strong functional knowledge of Workday Benefits integration with HCM, Absence, Payroll, and US regulatory requirements like ACA & Open Enrollment.
