Own a data and services feature area end-to-end, from problem definition through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Define clear requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria for data platforms and backend services that improve Windows performance, power efficiency, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and partner PMs to ensure data quality, instrumentations, APIs, dashboards, and diagnostic workflows meet customer needs and drive measurable impact.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; preference for Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development (OR equivalent experience).
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check and meet security screening requirements.
Experience working with data analysis tools like SQL or Kusto Query Language (KQL).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience delivering data, analytics, or service features collaborating with engineering partners, including defining requirements and measures of success.
Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, telemetry, diagnostics, and service health monitoring in cloud or device environments.
Understanding of performance, power efficiency, reliability metrics related to Windows or device platforms, with skills in statistical analysis, anomaly detection, and security/privacy considerations.
