AVP Payments Product Owner

Own the end-to-end Payments product for Fund Services, including vision, roadmap, backlog prioritization, and delivery from concept to launch.

Manage cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Business Analysis, Testing, Application Support, and Operations in a regulated environment ensuring compliance, controls, and governance.

Drive AI-enabled payment features, client onboarding, risk and production support, and mentor junior Business Analysts.

10+ years in product ownership or business analysis with minimum 3 years as Product Owner in payments, banking, or fund services technology.

Functional knowledge of payment flows including IAT, FX, batch, and bulk payments; deep rails/message format expertise not required.

Experience in a regulated, controls-driven environment covering RBAC, segregation of duties, client protection, and audit remediation.

Proficiency with agile tools like JIRA and Confluence; strong stakeholder management in matrix organizations.

Experienced in managing regulated payments products balancing functional, resiliency, security, and regulatory needs.

Comfortable working at the intersection of client-facing, technical, and compliance teams with commercial acumen and data-driven decision making.

Familiarity with AI-assisted payment workflows and embedded AI governance within controlled operational environments.
