Senior Data Architect

Own end-to-end data architecture for the Command Centre integrating operational data from multiple product domains into a trusted, near real-time business view.

Design target-state data architecture including canonical models, event/entity design, semantic/KPI layer, data quality, lineage frameworks to enable Control Tower exception detection and root-cause analysis.

Translate architecture into implementable designs and provide technical leadership to data engineering and BI teams ensuring performance, reliability, and data governance compliance.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.

Extensive hands-on experience designing large-scale, multi-source data platforms and data architecture for control tower or real-time operational visibility solutions.

Strong technical skills in dimensional, Data Vault, and event/state data modelling; cloud data platforms; streaming/event-driven architectures; SQL performance tuning; and data quality/observability tooling.

Work Experience Required: Extensive experience as a data architect with proven delivery, not documentation only.

Experienced in integrating operational and transactional source systems across multiple business domains with strong stakeholder management skills.

Capable of working cross-functionally with business, engineering, platform, and governance teams, providing clear communication on complex data concepts and architectural trade-offs.

Strategic thinker with attention to detail who can operate effectively under operational pressure and drive alignment without direct authority.
