Provide Level 1.5 and Level 2 operational support and troubleshooting for enterprise LAN/WAN and network infrastructure in a 24/7 environment.
Manage network devices including Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, Juniper devices, and SD-WAN technologies with responsibility for availability, reliability, security, and compliance.
Lead small to medium network infrastructure projects involving planning, design, deployment, implementation, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or related field.
Mandatory certification: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience, including technical support, network infrastructure, or IT project leadership.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in IT support environment with experience in network technologies and distributed systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling and troubleshooting enterprise LAN/WAN network issues including routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP/iBGP/eBGP) and IP services (DNS, DHCP).
Skilled in using network management and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow in a 24/7 operational support environment.
Capability to manage vendor relationships and lead small to medium technical projects within large matrixed organizations, preferably with retail IT experience.
