Lead Technical Program Manager - AI Solutions

Lead and manage various Asset and Wealth Management Technology India initiatives focused on people, learning, development, and delivery excellence with measurable impact on organizational goals.

Develop and execute strategic internal communications and employee engagement plans including change management, event management, and senior leadership messaging.

Leverage AI-assisted program governance and reporting practices to optimize program execution and ensure quality control across communications and operational plans.

At least 5 years of technical program management experience with focus on India initiatives and programs.

Experience managing people-focused initiatives, events, and AI for Technology projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; experience in stakeholder management and executive communication.

Work Experience Required: 5+ years in technical program management.

Strong expertise in cross-functional stakeholder engagement with ability to influence senior leaders and build productive relationships.

Experienced in managing fast-paced, high-volume projects with capability to drive continuous improvement and change management.

Comfortable leveraging enterprise AI tools responsibly within program management workflows with focus on risk and data sensitivity.
