Lead and mentor the AKP team to implement the Early Childhood Development curriculum and educational programs.
Manage all aspects of academic operations including planning, monitoring, reviewing, outreach, infrastructure safety, and setting up new AKPs.
Oversee budgeting, finance control, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with policies related to academic operations and child safeguarding.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Development, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
10-12 years total experience including at least 3 years in program management within Education/NGO sector, and at least 5 years in project management in a reputed organization/NGO.
Experience teaching at school level for 2-3 years required.
Familiarity with local and national ECD regulations; leadership and communication skills required.

Experienced leader with a strong background in early childhood education program management and curriculum development.
Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, liaise with government and NGOs, and lead academic operations with compliance focus.
Skilled in financial and administrative oversight, stakeholder engagement, and executing outreach and marketing initiatives in the ECD sector.
