End-to-end ownership of Corporate Action operations across domestic and global markets including mandatory and voluntary events, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and zero defect outcomes.
Lead large operational teams (25–50+ FTE), driving process standardisation, risk mitigation, automation, and operational resilience.
Partner with Technology, Compliance, Risk, and business stakeholders to deliver transformation, system enhancements, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
10–15 years experience in Corporate Actions, Capital Markets, Share Registry, Custody, or Asset Servicing.
Minimum 5+ years managerial experience leading large operational teams (25–50+ FTE).
Strong knowledge of mandatory and voluntary Corporate Actions lifecycle and market practices.
Experience in automation, transformation, and change delivery within operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing time-critical, high-risk Corporate Action events in a multi-market, global delivery environment (EMEA, APAC).
Strategic operator focused on process optimisation, operational resilience, and automation in Corporate Actions.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Client Management for complex system and compliance requirements.
