Minimum Requirements
8+ years of Java development experience.
Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring MVC, Thymeleaf, Spring Batch, Spring Data JPA, and RESTful API development.
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of multithreading, batch orchestration, retry/skip mechanisms, transaction management, and error handling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading technical implementation and mentoring junior developers in enterprise environments.
Familiar with Azure services including Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, and messaging systems like Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ.
Comfortable operating within Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud-native architecture contexts.
