Own end-to-end SAP Basis system management including builds, upgrades, S/4 conversions, migrations, and production support in hybrid cloud environments (IaaS & PaaS).
Manage performance tuning, data archiving, backup/restore, and business continuity (HA/DR) for SAP systems on HANA and MSSQL databases.
Lead technical collaboration with functional teams to deliver SAP Intelligent Suite solutions and ensure 24/7 high availability for mission-critical environments.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12 years of SAP Basis experience.
Mandatory expertise in SAP system builds, upgrades (EHP, S/4HANA), S/4 conversions, OS/DB/hardware migrations using SUM, DMO, HSR tools.
Strong technical proficiency in SAP Basis administration across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP PO, including performance tuning in Microsoft SQL Server 2019+ and SAP HANA.
Educational qualification in BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT), MCA, MBA (IT), or MSc(IT).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing SAP Basis operations in hybrid IaaS and PaaS infrastructures with cloud platform knowledge (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure).
Demonstrated ability in handling complex SAP migrations, upgrades, and high availability setups with strong cross-functional collaboration.
Formal SAP certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Conversion and Upgrade, OS/DB Migration) and public cloud SAP specialization certifications are preferred.
