Lead end-to-end enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations SCM and Manufacturing implementations for global transformation programs.
Own solution strategy, architecture, client engagement, delivery governance, and team leadership.
Drive comprehensive SCM solutioning across Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, Transportation, Planning, Production Control, Quality, and Manufacturing process design including discrete/process manufacturing elements.
Minimum Requirements
10–12 years of ERP experience with at least 6 years in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations SCM.
Strong solution architecture and consulting experience with deep Manufacturing and SCM domain knowledge.
Experience integrating SCM with Finance, MES, PLM, WMS, and external systems.
Required technical skills include Azure DevOps and Agile delivery methodologies; educational qualification of B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large-scale global Microsoft D365 SCM and manufacturing rollout projects.
Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and consulting skills with ability to advise CXO/business leaders on transformations.
Background in Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, or Engineering domains with certifications in D365 preferred, including mentoring and team utilization experience.
