Manage end-to-end HRMS implementation including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, training, and go-live support.
Configure and support HR modules like Attendance, Leave, Payroll, and statutory components such as PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, LWF, Bonus, and Gratuity.
Engage in client-facing activities including discussions, issue resolution, and coordination with technical teams for enhancements and support.
Minimum Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on experience in HRMS/HRIS/HCM/Payroll software implementation or functional consulting.
Strong working knowledge of Attendance, Leave, Payroll, TDS/Taxation, and Indian payroll statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, LOP/LWP, Bonus, Gratuity).
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Location: Kolkata.
