Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10+ years experience in software design, development, automated deployments; experience delivering large-scale data processing Java applications required.
Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Spark, microservices architecture, cloud-based solutions, CICD tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins).
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed system design. Work Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years explicit in JD.

Demonstrated ability to architect and deliver scalable, data-intensive, cloud-native backend systems in Java with strong system design skills.
Experienced in leading global engineering teams with cross-functional collaboration and driving product development aligned with business goals.
Knowledgeable in advanced technologies including event-driven systems, monitoring tools, container orchestration, and preferably exposure to AI/ML architectural patterns relevant to financial domain.
