Lead end-to-end Freight Payables operations including invoice processing, payment, and compliance across multiple regions and business units.
Own process governance, controls, and standardization for Freight Payables including SOPs, control frameworks, and audit requirements.
Manage and develop a team of Freight Payables professionals, drive continuous improvement, transformation initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business or related field required; MBA or professional certification preferred.
10+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / Freight Payables / ITP, with 5+ years managing global operational teams.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Blue Yonder/TMS, Power BI, advanced Excel, workflow and automation tools mandatory.
Work onsite 5 days a week in Whitefield, Bangalore, India as location requirement; visa sponsorship not provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in shared services or Center of Excellence managing freight payables and supply chain finance operations.
Strong expertise in financial controls, SOX compliance, audit processes and operational governance.
Skilled in process transformation, automation, data analytics, and cross-functional stakeholder management in logistics environment.
