Lead tax-related accounting tasks including accruals, reconciliations, and handling communications with tax authorities for U.S. federal and state taxes.
Support U.S. payroll tax compliance including tax payment import, review, and preparation of federal, state, and local tax filings for all payroll entities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
4-6 years of tax-related experience in Big 4 public accounting firm and/or large multinational corporation preferred.
Experience with HR, payroll, and tax systems/software such as MasterTax, WorkDay, G/L, CorpTax, Excel.
Position based in Whitefield Office, Bangalore, India; 5-day office work schedule required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large-scale, complex expatriate tax compliance with cross-functional global business partners.
Strong technical knowledge and judgment on U.S. tax legislation impacts on compensation and payroll compliance.
Able to handle tax accounting, audit correspondence, and provide detailed tax analyses demonstrating accuracy and critical thinking.
