Facility Executive Technical

Manage day-to-day site engineering operations including shifts, ensuring optimal performance of engineering systems such as HVAC, UPS, DG sets, transformers.

Respond to and prioritize customer work requests, manage work orders in a computerized system, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, manage maintenance contracts, monitor budgets, and handle contractor relationships.

6+ years of experience in facility management or engineering operations.

Diploma or any degree qualification.

On-site work location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with rotational shifts and a 6-day workweek (48 hours/week).

Skills in facility background, utility management, transformers, HVAC, UPS, and DG sets.

Experienced in managing complex mechanical and electrical systems in a corporate facility or similar environment.

Capable of handling emergency situations and coordinating with utility providers for medium voltage repairs.

Skilled in energy conservation initiatives and maintenance program improvements, with strong operational and compliance focus.
