Lead HR function for South Region covering multiple locations with base in Hyderabad.
Act as strategic partner to senior business leadership driving people strategy, workforce planning, talent management, retention, and HR governance aligned to business objectives.
Manage and mentor HR teams, ensure consistent regional HR processes, handle complex employee relations, and provide HR insights based on analytics.
Minimum Requirements
18–22 years of progressive HR experience including HRBP/Business HR leadership roles.
Strong experience in Healthcare / US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / BPO environments.
Proven experience managing HR across multiple locations/business units with partnership experience at CXO/VP/Director level.
Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad; flexibility to support night-shift/US shift operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing large scale operations (1,500+ employees) across multiple South Indian locations with proven leadership in regional HR roles.
Strong background in US Healthcare RCM domains including AR, Coding, Denials, Payment Posting, Prior Authorization, and supporting night-shift operations.
Demonstrated success in driving employee retention, workforce planning, organizational change, and HR governance leading to measurable business impact.
